COMPLAINTS

Any complaints regarding the non-conformity of the goods with the contract can be submitted by the Consumer electronically or by mail to the address provided below. The complaint notification should include a description of the complaint and a document confirming the purchase of the advertised goods from the online store (a copy of the receipt, bank transfer confirmation, etc.). At the same time, the advertised goods should be sent to the address provided below. The store will respond to the Consumer’s complaint within 14 (fourteen) days and inform them about further proceedings. After a successful complaint resolution, the store will send a full-value product at their own cost to the address provided by the Consumer. Alternative return methods for faulty products can be arranged with the customer service department.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – RETURNS

In accordance with the “Consumer Rights Act” (Journal of Laws 2014.827) and the Civil Code, the Customer – both a consumer and a business entity   – has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the products by the Customer or by a third party designated by them other than the carrier. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer is not obligated to provide a reason. The Customer may withdraw from the contract electronically by sending a declaration to: office@slaviacosmetics.com or by mail to the address of the online store provided below. The Customer bears only the direct costs of returning the goods. The Customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. The amount paid for the purchase of products and transportation (using the cheapest available option) will be refunded within 7 business days from the date of receiving the goods, by bank transfer to the account specified by the Customer. In the case of online payments, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the bank accounts or payment cards from which the payment instructions originated. The store also provides a form that can be included with the returned shipment.
